So as you guys know I have lost a total 175 pounds and it has left me with some extra skin to carry around, I have recently posted pictures and today, a video on instagram.
I know the only option for me is skin removal, obviously skin removal if quite expensive and not something I can do right at this moment. Many have suggested to start a gofundme account, I was extremely hesitant, I felt a bit strange asking people to donate for something that had nothing to do with them, even though I have made donations before because I felt like I could relate to what the person was going through.
I decided to give it a chance and see how it goes. Even 1$ helps, so anything you can donate will help a lot. I also want to give back and take a portion of that amount and give it back to a good cause, not sure what I will choose just yet but if you have any suggestions do let me know.

I just wanted to share that I just started my youtube channel, I am super excited to share my stories with you.
I want to be able to share my journey with you and unfortunately with instagram it’s hard to share my videos since I only get 60 seconds to yap and well quite frankly that is just not enough :P.
Let me know if there are any specific topics you would like for me touch.
I want to be as raw as I can and I will always speak the truth, I am not planning to sugar coat anything.
I am hoping to be able to get my custom youtube channel link but those buggers won’t allow me to get on until I reach at least 100 subscribers so help a girl out 🙂

So decided to give this a try instead of always the same old boring protein shakes.
I drink protein shakes mostly because I started weight training and it helps me throughout my workouts.
So this one is called: Cinnamon roll, UMM can you say YUMMY!
So all you need is some vanilla protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder and some ice.
1 scoop of Vanilla protein
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of almond milk ( I used unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Blend it all in a blender and enjoy!

I thought it was about time that I started a blog site.
I want to be as raw as I can with all of you so I know at times it won’t be easy for me to share certain aspects of my life but I know that it will help a lot of you in your journey’s. I also know that A LOT of you can relate to what I have gone through and still go through on a daily basis. This is why I decided to pour it all out even though it might hurt but this is also a healing process for me.
I have lost a total of 170 pounds thus far and still going! Even though physically I feel great, mentally I am still broken. It will take to heal and I know that sharing my story with all of you is what will help slowly get there.
Not only will I be posting my personal stories but you will also find health tips, recipes etc.
I appreciate all your love and support and we are all in the same boat. Hang in there and give it all you got.
